Humanizing Enabling Services

In 2020, we hosted a learning collaborative to help health center, PCA, and HCCN staff build capacity to employ enabling services and apply enabling services data for clinical quality improvement, patient-centered medical home initiatives, and value-based health care transformation. Those trainings are available below. The learning collaborative was led by the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations, Health Outreach Partners, the National Association of Community Health Centers, and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council.
