Leveraging Medicaid Innovations to
Support SDOH needs

In 2019, we hosted a learning collaborative to help staff from health centers, primary care associations, and health center controlled networks learn how their organizations can optimize emerging Medicaid payment innovations to develop, launch and sustain activities that address their patients SDOH needs. Those trainings are available below. The learning collaborative was led by the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the National Association of Community Health Centers, and the National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership.
