The SDOH Academy in April 2023 hosted ‘Celebration of SDOH Innovation’, a two-part webinar series recognizing the exceptional work of health centers addressing social determinants of health. The panel discussion involved engaging with experts in the field on what innovation means, how to address barriers to implementing programs focused on SDOH, and the future of this work.
